Sauce: 1 jar sieved tomatoes (700ml) 1 tomato, finely chopped 1 onion, finely chopped 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 ts sugar Salt & black pepper Kafta: 1/4kg ground lamb 1/4 inion, finely chopped 1 tbs mixed spices 1/4 cup breadcrumbs 2 tbs parsley, chopped 1 tbs olive oil Salt & black pepper Vegetables: 1 large zucchini, sliced 2 baby eggplants, sliced 4 small potatoes, sliced .
